September 11 Remembrance Dinner

 

As we approach the anniversary of September 11th, we pause to remember and honor those affected by the tragedies that reshaped our city and the world. In the wake of those events, the Rotary Club of New York stood as a beacon of support, playing an instrumental role in raising awareness, mobilizing significant funds, and ensuring they were distributed in deeply meaningful ways to aid recovery efforts. To provide a firsthand perspective on this defining chapter of our history, Helen Reisler—who served as our Club President during 9/11 and currently serves as Co-Chair of our Foundation—will give a riveting account of our club's immediate and enduring actions. Her remarks will be accompanied by a special movie presentation documenting these profound efforts.
