Helping New Yorkers Live On

We are a team of over 300 – clinicians, educators, social workers and more – united around the life-changing power of organ and tissue donation. LiveOn℠ works tirelessly day and night, on education, engagement and advocacy, and the logistical planning and management 365 days a year, to help save the lives of those in need of a transplant. We also provide support and comfort to donors and their loved ones throughout the donation process, and for years after.

As the Senior Director of Community and Government Affairs for LiveOnNY, Scott leads the development and implementation of all elements of external affairs to promote the life-saving mission of LiveOnNY. His tireless team creates awareness and educates about the generational impact of organ and tissue donation through professional education, community relations, dedicated events, and legislative affairs.

Before joining LiveOnNY, Scott lobbied on behalf of the construction, housing, and real estate industries with a focus on affordability and smart-growth development. He has also spent more than twenty-five years serving as the Planning Board Chair, Police Commissioner, and Mayor of his hometown of Goshen, NY, where he currently resides with his wife, Susan.
