In the wake of those events, the Rotary Club of New York stood as a beacon of support, playing an instrumental role in raising awareness, mobilizing significant funds, and ensuring they were distributed in deeply meaningful ways to aid recovery efforts. To provide a firsthand perspective on this defining chapter of our history, Helen Reisler—who served as our Club President during 9/11 and currently serves as Co-Chair of our Foundation—will give a riveting account of our club's immediate and enduring actions.
